  • Until 2013 - Chief Physician of the Crisis Center and Helpline at the Department of Psychiatry, First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University and General University Hospital, where he still teaches psychiatry as an Assistant Professor

  • Psychiatric Consultant at the Department of Psychiatry, First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University and General University

  • Hospital Training Instructor at the Skála Institute (Institute of Integrative Group Psychotherapy), currently leading his 5th psychotherapeutic community

  • Published more than 50 professional articles in Czech and international journals

  • Member of the Czech Psychotherapeutic Society and the Czech Psychiatric Association, where he is involved in a project for developing guidelines for good psychiatric practice
