Radka is a social pedagogue by education and is currently undergoing training in systemic psychotherapy. She has been working in helping professions for 15 years, focusing primarily on relationship issues.

In the past, she worked with at-risk children and their families, as well as with adolescents displaying risky behavior. She is currently working at an Intervention Center, where she helps people experiencing domestic violence and violence in close relationships.
