Clients may also contact her if they are going through a conflict situation that requires the services of a mediator.
She focuses on everyday challenges, finding and strengthening one’s self-worth, difficulties in coping with stress, and addressing relationship, family, and parenting issues.
Martina has 15 years of experience working with clients, both in private therapeutic practice and in the non-profit sector, where she worked as a direct client care worker, methodologist, and supervisor.
Martina sees therapy as a shared journey between the therapist and the client. During this journey, the client explores the landscape of their life, while the therapist offers alternative perspectives on the events they have experienced so far. For Martina, the goal of therapy is to regain freedom – the freedom to shape and fully live one’s life.
