Types of therapy
Couples, Family
Anna provides couples and family therapy. She is currently in a five-year training program in integrative family therapy, accredited by the Czech Psychotherapeutic Association (ČAP) and the Society of Family Therapists (SOFT). She studied psychology – art therapy at the Faculty of Education, University of South Bohemia, and Gender Studies at the Faculty of Humanities, Charles University. In therapy, she focuses on working with family systems, coping with difficult life periods, anxieties, and depression. She tries to strengthen the family system by finding what connects and energizes the family. She works, among other things, with families and couples where a loved one is struggling with addiction. She is LGBTQ+ friendly. She does not work with children under 15 years old, even in family therapy. She provides therapy in Czech and English.
